Return Service / Refund Policy

Cancellation/Return Policy: 

  Full Refund: 100% refund if cancellation is more than 07 working days** before the start of the training date. 

*Partial Refund: Only 50% refund if cancellation is less than 07 working days** before the start of the training date. 

 All cancellations/ return requests must be made in writing via email to our team: trainings@moshconsultants.com.pk  

*Partial refund request will be subject to acceptance from NFPA and approval from management. 

**Working days constitute Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays). 

Please note requesting a refund does not guarantee a refund, it is a mere request subject to acceptance from NFPA. 

Postponement: 

In case of unavoidable circumstances, i.e. events including war or war-type situations, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortages of energy suppliers, and acts of state or government actions prohibiting or impeding training providers from performing their obligations under the contract, the training session may be postponed.   

Participants will have the option to receive a full refund or defer their registration to a future session. 

Substitutes: 

A substitute participant from the same organization may be nominated for at least 07 working days* before the start of the training date, subject to approval and acceptance from NFPA.  

*Working days constitute Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays). 

Deferrals: 

All deferral requests must be submitted in writing within a minimum of 3 working days* the start of the training date. The fee will be carried forward to the next available session. Only one deferral is permitted within 01 calendar year.
