Terms And Conditions

On registration / enrollment in any NFPA-developed training or certifications preparation. Please read the following terms & conditions carefully, which are not negotiable. 

Once you have carefully read the terms & conditions and would like to pursue the opportunity, you can complete the online application. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Provision of Services
  1. Each NFPA training course has a recommended duration. NFPA is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to offer CEUs for our training. The total amount of CEUs is calculated based on the original design of the program, which is 0.1 unit per hour of class time as defined by NFPA. Class time does not include breaks and lunch.
  2. CEUs may be adjusted for additional class time on the purgative of Approved Training Instructor (ATIs) due to any reason such as local or religious mandates, additional time required to understand course material, language barrier, etc. 
  3. NFPA shall provide all training material electronically and directly to the participants, following receipt of participant’s’ information from Training Provider. 
  4. NPFA shall provide access to participant workbooks, slides and other such material through NFPA’s online Learning Management System (NFPA Learning Portal).  
  5. NPFA shall also provide each Training participant with a 30-day free trial to NFPA LiNK™ which will give participants digital access to NFPA codes and standards during class. 
  6. The registered participants may purchase physical copies of NFPA codes and standards at 30% discount on the then – current price list. All the shipping, handling, fees, import taxes and other costs associated with the purchase will be borne by the participant(s) and paid in advance. Participant will receive the shipment 06 – 08 weeks from the date of advance payment.  
Participant Responsibilities
  1. Attendance is part of the completion status for CEU and Certificate of Completion. The class will not be recorded. 
  2. Students will need to have been marked as attended class, pass their course assessment, and complete their course evaluation to complete the course.
  3. Upon completion, the student can download and print the Training Certificate of Completion and access the digital badge.
  4. The Training Instructor will inform students about how to obtain a certificate of completion, which is issued by NFPA when a student has attended a Training, takes and receives a passing score on the applicable exam in the NFPA Learning Portal and completes NFPA’s Training evaluation. 

Tuition and Payment

  1. All training and certification preparations are subject to availability and confirmation by Mosh Consultants Private Ltd. 
  2. Tuition for trainings & certifications are specified on the training pages. Full payments must be made at least 14 business days before the training start date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified on our website.
  3. If the cancellation of training is more than 07 working days** before the start of the training date, a full refund may be requested. Participants can only request a *partial refund of 50% if cancellation is less than 07 working days** before the start of the training date. All cancellations/ return requests must be made in writing via email to our team: trainings@moshconsultants.com.pktrainings@moshconsultants.com.pk. 

*Partial refund request will be subject to acceptance from NFPA and approval from management. 

**Working days constitute Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays). 

 Suspension or Termination of Services
  1.  Mosh Consultants reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. 
 Liability and Indemnification
  1. NFPA and Mosh Consultants disclaim liability for any loss, damage, or delay beyond their control. 
  2. Liability is limited to the total tuition paid for the specific training or certification. No liability is accepted for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training programs. 
  3. In case of any claim(s), participants must submit claims in writing within 15 calendar days of discovery. Further action will be taken as per legal advisors of Mosh. 
  4. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless NFPA and Mosh Consultants from any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from their participation or non-compliance with these terms. 
 Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. 
  2. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings as per applicable laws.
